The clients we work with tend to be professionals who have reached middle to senior level in their organizations and their teams or have made the leap to being self employed and typically come from working in some type of professional vocation such as law, real estate, financial services, IT, consultancy, finance, HR, coaching, etc across all industries.
They have reached a point in their careers or businesses where they need to make the next step forward but are finding a barrier that they find difficult to overcome. Very often this barrier is because they are not being recognized and appreciated for their abilities and skills or sometimes discounted because of preconceptions.
These clients are often unsure what their real value is and sometimes too close to the subject (themselves) to uncover that and then lack the strategies and resources to communicate that value effectively to the people that matter, those making decisions that determines their success.
Our best results come with clients who can do the following:
• Embrace and appreciate the concept of personal branding, tend to be
life’s early adopters, they already think about their vision and purpose
• Understand that the process is not a quick fix but can be a lifetime strategy
• Are prepared to go thorough a process that really gets to the heart of who they are
• Do put in the necessary time and effort to complete work assignments
• Be open to feedback and input from others, good and bad
• Willing to try new things, embrace change, know that there might be
better solutions
• Have an open communication approach to others
• See connecting and sharing as an integral part of who they are
• Celebrate success
• Can put up with some English humour now and again!
