Our Approach
In delivering our programs and services work with clients interactions vary depending on location and availability, but will usually be a mix of the following;
1:1 Meetings
We will meet, either face to face or on the telephone on a regular basis, to focus on the key strategies as well as work on the challenges that you face at that time. By the end you will have gained new insights surrounding the key strategies and you will have the beginnings of a written plan that supports your goals.
Strategy Booth
The Strategy Booth offers you the unlimited opportunity to get me to stand with you whilst you bounce ideas or get stuck, when you feel the need. This can be defined as some general questions, a specific application, asking for a second opinion, using me as a catalyst or sounding board or as a system of reporting your progress.
I call it the Strategy Booth because you can call upon my services on your terms, not mine. This structure will free you up from having the added complexity of scheduled coaching appointments that could impede unexpected business opportunities.
Telephone Laser Coaching
To aid clients in between formal sessions or as a quick intervention for a specific challenge I make some days available by appointment for 15 minute laser coaching sessions.
Weekly Log
As your personal trainer and coach for helping you achieve your success, I want us to both become mutually accountable to one another for your weekly results, both big and small. To accomplish this you will need to take some time at the end of each week to answer a few questions relating to the progress you have made and wish to make.
Your accountability is to accomplish results and complete the questions each week. My accountability is to provide you with the support you might ask for in between official coaching/consulting time.
Group Meetings
Some of our services are supported with group interactions either in teleconference, workshop or seminar formats. There are also events held for information and networking purposes.
Information Teleseminars
These teleseminars are for existing and past clients to keep them up to date with developments in the fields of personal branding, leadership, and other business topics and may include experts from various fields. These one-hour sessions are recorded and made available for future listening if you are unable to attend the call.
Masterminds
Clients who have gone through the full personal branding program are invited to keep in touch with the process and interact with like minded and informed people in a mastermind format that is conducted in a choice of virtual and in person groups of between 4 and 8 people.
Website Resources
Currently our web site and blog has a number of useful resources to aid client development. The web site also includes a client only area which houses materials for the key brand strategies, audio recordings of group workshops and teleseminars, transcripts, notes and worksheets. There is also a members only forum that clients can access to ask questions, share ideas and offer advice.
